锦溪古镇艺术节，创立于2019年。本届艺术节由动画展映、表演实践、国际研讨、艺术工坊四个版块组成，致力于支持全球动画创作中的杰出实践者，同时关注表演艺术在当代语境中的传承与创新，以开放的姿态搭建公众参与的艺术平台。从2020年9月30日到10月6日持续7天的时间内，在古镇的户外公共场域、历史保护建筑内，将集中呈现来自11个国家的42部作品。
动画版块
Animation screening section
动画展映版块汇集了来自全球不同国家及地区的动画艺术家的精彩作品，以探讨在创作语境多元化和技术媒介的革新下，新的艺术态势和动画艺术的发展。其中，中国历史经典单元将呈现“上海美术电影制片厂”自1955年至1987年的经典动画影片，作为20世纪中国动画在艺术观念上自觉探索的历史切片。中国新动画单元则聚焦于新一代动画导演和中国院校内优秀创作者的当代尝试及多样化表达。同时，2020年锦溪古镇艺术节也将联合第18届瑞士FANTOCHE国际动画电影节、法国LE FRESNOY国立当代艺术工作室、法国驻上海总领事馆等展开合作，呈现丰富的精神世界和人文生活。
The animation screening section brings together wonderful works of animation artists from different countries and regions around the world, as an attempt to explore the cultural trends and the development of animation art under a context of diversified creation and technical innovation. Among them, the Chinese Classic Unit present classical animation films from 1955 to 1987 by Shanghai Animation Film Studio, as a historical clip reflecting the conscious exploration of the artistic concept of Chinese animation in the 20th century. Chinese Animation Unit focus on the contemporary practice and diversified expressions by the new generation of animation directors and excellent creators from academies in China. Meanwhile, the 2020 Jinxi Ancient Town Arts Festival will cooperate with international institutions including FANTOCHE International Animation Film Festival (CH) and LE FRESNOY - Studio National Des Arts Contemporains (FR), Co nsulate General of the Republic of France in Shanghai etc., to present the rich spiritual world and culture life under multi-culture.

此次艺术节的表演版块将聚焦于表演艺术在当代全球语境中，兼有身份识别和文化特征的创作，并邀请来自全球范围内的机构及实践者，集中探讨传统经典的艺术演绎在当代的实践路径。来自中国、英国、荷兰、挪威、日本五个国家的六部当代剧场作品将被特邀放映。同时，开幕式当晚也将呈现由昆山当代昆剧院带来的昆曲折子戏《游园 惊梦》和国家级非物质文化遗产锦溪宣卷表演。
The performance section of this arts festival focus on the creation of performing arts in the contemporary global context with both identity and cultural characteristics, and invite institutions and practitioners from all over the world to focus on the practical path of the art interpretation of traditional classics in the contemporary era. Six contemporary theatre productions from China, The UK, the Netherlands, Norway and Japan has screened by special invitation. Meanwhile, we present kunqu opera “a Vivid Dream in a Garden” by the Kunshan Contemporary Kunqu Opera Theatre and the National Intangible Cultural Heritage Jinxi Xuanjuan in the evening of the opening day.

安妮特·辛德勒，自 2013 开始任瑞士 FANTOCHE 国际动画电影节总监，因创办和任职于多个艺术机 构与艺术节而闻名，如巴塞尔电子艺术中心(2010 年)，SHIFT 电子艺术节(2007-2010 年)，数字艺 术收藏(自 2005)，[plug.in]电子艺术中心(2000-2010 年)等。安妮特·辛德勒还曾供职于纽约瑞 士艺术中心(1997-2000 年)和格拉如斯当代艺术中心(1995-1997 年)。由于在多个评委会与委员会 担任评委，她结识不少来自瑞士乃至海外的电影导演、艺术家和设计师。瑞士联邦文化部于 2010 年 向安妮特·辛德勒授予瑞士艺术梅拉奥本海姆奖。自 2014 年起她担任昂西电影节“毕业电影”和“无 限短片单元”的评委。分别于 2016 年，担任第三届深圳独立动画双年展，2017 年布鲁塞尔动画电影 节和 2018 年新千岁机场国际动画节评委。
In 2012, Annette Schindler has been the artistic director of Fantoche since 2013. She is well known for founding and serving in various institutions and festivals, including the House of Electronic Arts Basel (2010), the Shift Festival of Electronic Arts (2007–2010), the Digital Art Collection/Store (since 2005) [plugi.in] and Art and New Media Basel (2000–2010). Previously, she was involved with the Swiss Institute in New York (1997–2000) and the Kunsthaus Glarus (1995–1997). As a member of numerous juries, committees and commissions, she became acquainted with Swiss and international filmmakers, artists and designers. In 2010, she was awarded the Swiss Art Award Prix Meret Oppenheim by Federal Office of Culture. On a regular basis, she serves as Jury member in festivals, such as the Annecy festival in 2014 (“Animation off Limits”), in 2016 in the 3rd Shenzen Independent Animation Biennial, in 2017 in the Festival Anima, The Brussels Animation Film Festival and in 2018 in New Chitose Airport International Animation Festival.
曹恺，媒体艺术与电影研究者、实践者。现居住及工作在中国南京。作为策展人，是中国最具影响力 电影节之一的 CIFF 主要创立者和组织者;担任过众多艺术项目的策展人、学术主持、评审;亦曾在东亚、 北美、西欧等国家与地区策划了与中国独立电影、实验媒体艺术有关的多项展览活动。第四届深圳独 立动画双年展策展人。
Cao Kai, a researcher and practitioner of media art and film, lives and works in Nanjing, China. As a curator, he was the main founder and organizer of CIFF, China's most influential independent film festival; he has served as a curator, academic host, and judge for numerous art projects; he has also worked in various countries and regions throughout East Asia, North America, and Western European, where he planned a number of exhibitions related to Chinese independent film and experimental media art. He served as a curator of the 4th Shenzhen Independent Animation Biennale.
李芊澎，上海戏剧学院资深表演教师，从事专业表演教学与国际戏剧研究。作为访问学者先后于 2006 年去到德国柏林恩斯特·布什表演学院、柏林艺术大学、慕尼黑大学;2012 年获“国家教育部出国留 学基金”资助，纽约长岛大学、哥伦比亚大学、纽约大学;历年欧洲各国艺术节、艺术机构及相关高 校。担任英国“曼彻斯特亚洲三年展”、德国汉堡“‘神秘字符’中国当代艺术收藏展”开幕表演指导。 2016 年创办总部位于上海的独立艺术机构——椎·剧场，担任艺术总监。致力于生产国际合作的当代 剧场内容和多元的艺术教育。
Li Qian Peng, senior acting teacher at Shanghai Theatre Academy. She teaches professional acting and conducts international theatre research. Her visiting scholar's experiences include Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin, Berlin University of the Arts, University of Munich in 2006; supported by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China through the Study Abroad Fund, Long Island University Brooklyn, Columbia University, New York University in 2012. She works closely with annual Arts Festivals of European countries as well as various art institutes and art colleges. In 2016, she founded a Shanghai-based independent arts organization, Vertebra Theatre, and serves as its artistic director. Vertebra Theatre is dedicated to producing international collaborative contemporary theatre content and diverse arts education.
李振华，1996 年开始从事艺术工作，涉及展览策划、艺术创作和项目管理领域，2010 年至今任瑞士 PrixPictet 摄影节推荐人，2014 年至今担任香港巴塞尔艺术博览会「光映现场」影像单元策展人。 2014 年任英国巴比肯中心 (BarbicanCentre) 国际展览《数字革命》顾问等。
Li Zhenhua has been engaged in the artistic field since 1996, mainly in exhibition planning, artistic creation and project management. He has been the nominator for The Prix Pictet (CH) from 2010 to present and the curator of the Art Basel Hong Kong Film Sector from 2014 to present. In 2014, he was the consultant of the Barbican Centre's international exhibition "Digital Revolution".
